Booking agreement
By booking a trip with Quinn QA, you enter a contract with Quinn QA. The lead traveler confirms that all party members agree to these terms and that the information provided is accurate.
Payment and deposits
A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due ahead of departure. Specific deposit percentages and payment schedules are displayed on each experience page and on your booking confirmation.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms vary by experience and are shown on the booking page. Where no specific policy is shown, the default is: free cancellation up to 24 hours after booking; thereafter, the deposit is non-refundable; cancellations within 14 days of departure forfeit the full trip cost.
Traveler responsibilities
- Hold a valid passport and any required visas, with at least 6 months validity beyond your trip end date.
- Maintain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, and trip cancellation.
- Disclose any medical conditions or accessibility requirements that affect participation.
- Comply with local laws and the lawful instructions of guides and trip leaders.
Liability
Quinn QA acts as an organiser and is not liable for losses caused by force majeure, third-party suppliers acting outside our reasonable control, or your own acts or omissions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
